The GSA Launchpad is a leadership initiative designed to empower LGBTQ+ and ally Jewish youth who seek to make their communities more affirming, inclusive, and celebratory of their identities. Participants will build meaningful friendships, find their voice as emerging leaders, and obtain the tools they need to spearhead the change they wish to see in their communities. The cohort will gather weekly online (for five weeks) with options to participate in peer-to-peer chevruta learning and 1:1 coaching with Keshet staff in between sessions.
