With BBYO, teens have so many ways to experience Israel and travel dates to fit every summer schedule. There are even opportunities to connect a summer in Israel with programs in Europe and North America for a full summer of discovery! A BBYO membership or prior involvement with BBYO is NOT necessary to participate (with the exception of the International Leadership Seminar in Israel)! Programs include:
- Israel Journey: Explore new destinations and outdoor adventures as you travel on a cross-country and cross-cultural journey in the Jewish Homeland! More than a tour, this is an opportunity to understand Israel’s dynamic society while finding your own connection to this storied land.
- Israel XPR: Design your own Israel experience and take your summer to the next level on this 24-day program that includes three eye-opening elective sessions and covers all of Israel’s most amazing touring highlights! Follow your passions and pursue your interests on this groundbreaking summer program that puts teens in control.
- Trek Israel: Explore the best of Israel’s unparalleled natural beauty with a focus on active adventures! Scale mountains, trek canyons, learn new skills, and return home with a sense of accomplishment.
- International Leadership Seminar in Israel (ILSI): ILSI is BBYO’s elite 3-week leadership program in Israel designed for BBYO members, and welcoming Jewish teens from around the world on summer tradition spanning three generations. More than just an Israel tour, ILSI is an opportunity for education and growth using the Land of Israel as a classroom. The program empowers teens to develop their leadership, form their own personal connection to Israel, and return home ready to extend the ILSI experience into a life-long journey!
